  • 2 cups almond (or Coconut Milk plus 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar, allow to sit for 10 minutes)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup oil (your choosing)
  • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 cup vegan margarine (such as Earth Balance, softened)
  • 3 cups powdered sugar (add more if too thin)
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup almond (or Coconut Milk, you may not want all of this if you prefer a thicker consistency)
  • 1/4 cup vegan semisweet chocolate chips (look for Dairy Free Chips)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
