Very good, but I don't like to have sugar for breakfast so I make this when my sweet tooth gets the best of me

yum! I omit the sugar, the banana is sweet enough. I used soft tofu because I didn't have firm tofu. Instead of ice, I added another 1/4 cup of milk.

I needed to make it healthier and modified it. Instead of tofu I used protein powder (didn't have tofu) to avoid ice I just froze the banana, instead of brown sugar I used agave syrup and in place of milk I used almond milk. So good!
