Ingredients

  • 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 30 grams wheat flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 grams chocolate chips
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons cream

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 190C.
  2. 2Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, add the butter, set aside.
  3. 3Beat the eggs with the 100 grams of sugar and the vanilla.
  4. 4Add flour, baking powder, melted chocolate, and the chocolate chips.
  5. 5Pour small spoonfuls of dough on a tray lined with parchment paper (leave some space between them), and bake in the oven for 13-14 minutes.
  6. 6In a saucepan, put the 200 grams of sugar and water and cook at medium heat, stirring until it changes color.
  7. 7When it browns, take it out and add the butter and cream stirring vigorously.
  8. 8Set aside until it cools down.
  9. 9Fill the biscuits with the caramel.
