Delicious...for chocolate lovers. A bit more like a denser cupcake and perfect for an afternoon muffin and coffee treat.

was a little gummy or doughy in consistency. it had good moisture and the ratio of chocolate was good, maybe next time I'll try harder not too overmix it? i baked them for 25 minutes

Delish we swapped carob powder instead of cocoa powder and used whole wheat flour! We finished a batch in a day between 5 of us!

Excellent recipe. Kids love them. I always freeze my overripe bananas (3 medium for this recipe) for baking, thaw them in a bowl and then remove skins. It seems to concentrate the flavour of the bananas and make the baking more moist. I used 1/2 cup regular chocolate chips and skipped the sugar sprinkled on top. I think the reported calorie count is incorrect in this recipe.

Very chocolatey and good

Easy to make and turned out really good! I didn’t have any cocoa powder on hand when I made them, so they just have chocolate chips as far as chocolate goes, but still really yummy. Will definitely make again.

Turned out great! So delicious! I highly recommend this recipe, it's a great way to get rid of old bananas.

So Delicious! Made some with and without extra sugar on top. New family my favorite! I also made 18 muffins from recipe and regular chocolate chips.

Excellent recipe. No need for the extra sugar on top. Used regular chocolate chips, made 1 1/2 dozen.

Great! I used Dutch cocoa and instead of chocolate chips I cut up a bar of Ghirardelli. I also left off the sprinkle of sugar on top. They disappeared in a day!

Delicious. The recipe didn't indicate yield: I made 12 muffins from a standard muffin pan. Instead of mini chips in the batter, I sprinkled jumbo chips on top (in place of sugar) before baking. I used melted butter instead of oil. I added 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg to the batter.

I'll definitely be making these muffins again! I made my muffins in a mini muffin tin because I was planning to take them to a church coffee hour. It worked out perfectly! The flavor was great, and they were a big hit.
