Very simple and easy to make. I had all the ingredients on hand. I ended up using a masher and a whisk for the avocado and to blend instead of a food processor.

This recipe is great! I didn't taste avocado at all after finishing, they were super easy and quick to make.

Batter tastes like avocado but is very sweet. Warning: make maybe 3 batches if wanting a sizeable amount, 1 batch is relatively small.
