  • 1 pound cod
  • 1 slice whole grain bread
  • 1/4 cup hellmann’s or best foods canola cholesterol free mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated lime peel
  • 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground chipotle chile pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. On baking sheet, arrange cod; set aside.
  2. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients except bread. Evenly spread over cod, then top with bread crumbs.
  3. Bake 15 minutes or until cod flakes with a fork. Garnish, if desired, with thinly sliced green onions and lime wedges.
