Great recipe - i have made it multiple times now. Definitely recommend cutting the chicken in VERY small cubes. This will help when you cook it and are honestly looking for POPCORN chicken. I wish it was a little spicier. And after the chicken was cooked we would cook the sauce and use it as a dipping sauce but it didnt really cut it - I would recommend just using ranch for dipping.
