Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram tomatoes (ripe saladette)
  • water
  • chipotle chili (to taste)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt
  • 16 tortillas
  • 250 grams cottage cheese

Directions

  1. In a large pot, add the tomatoes and enough water to cook them.
  2. Once the tomatoes are cooked, peel and seed them.
  3. In the blender, add the tomatoes, chipotle chili, and garlic. Puree until smooth.
  4. In a saucepan, add olive oil and the sauce. Season with salt and bring to a boil.
