- 3 eggs (medium sized, about 50g each)
- 260 milliliters water (cooled, boiled)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- light soy sauce (Premier grade)
- 3 drops sesame oil
- spring onion (Chopped)

Silky smooth, made with six eggs, added green onions and shrimp. Will make again with a bit more salt next time.
