  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon chinese red rice vinegar (note: not red wine vinegar)
  • 2 teaspoons ginger (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons cilantro leaves (fresh, chopped or chopped spring onion)
  • 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon spring onion (chopped)
  • 1 chili (removed seed and chopped finely)
  • 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon chilli oil
  • 1 tablespoon spring onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon peanut (ground toasted)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons bonito (flavour soy sauce, this soy sauce should be available in Chinese/Asian supermarkets in the Japanese food section.)
  • 1 teaspoon sauce (Japanese sesame, or you can use tahini sauce instead)
  • 1 teaspoon white miso
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mirin
  • 1/2 tablespoon water
