    Definitely needed more flavor....wouldn’t call it hot or sour. I sautéed the mushrooms and tofu in some yosidas withe some garlic and a tbsp. Sambal oelek but still needed to add some chili’s and more vinegar and soy to the broth. Finally hot and sour!
