Great! I added cup and half of jerk chicken breast and couple dashes of sesame seed oil to recipe. East meets west fried rice! Absolutely delicious!

Did not use the yellow onions or sriracha, but it tasted and came out amazing! Also didn't have peas at home at the moment but that was okay! I threw in a little tablespoon of Teriyaki sauce and it was so delicious. It went perfect with my honey glazed garlic chicken and chopped potatoes and brussel sprouts.

My husband is a foodie and this dish is one of his favorites. AND it is a great, healthy way to use up your leftovers.

I love it! I made it twice: 1) I used brown rice and doubled the sauces and garlic. 2) The second time, I used Jasmine rice, added shrimp and doubled the soy sauce and eggs. I seasoned the the scrambled eggs with black pepper and a little bit of salt. It was phenomenal 👍😋😋 Make sure you use fresh shrimp and frozen peas and carrots.
