Whole family loved it. I used more sriracha than it said to make it spicier and added some water while frying the rice to make the dish less dry.

really good. will make again. i used chili sauce instead of shirracha, and brown rice. left over rice was super helpful for a busy weeknight. 2 thumbs up

Great recipe and simple simple. You could add bbq pork, chicken or bacon to make it into a meal. I added a little bit more sriracha and soy sauce to beef up the flavor and grating your own fresh ginger helps too.

Was so yummy! I added some bacon and had to substitute the sriarcha for a little bit of Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce but is delicious!

Yummers. Tasted great and a wonderful way to repurpose leftover white rice. The ginger added some extra brightness.

Very tasty recipe. Halved it thinking it would be enough for 2.5 meals but it's more like 1.5 (as main). Also doubled the amount of sriracha and soy sauce as found it a little bland with recommended ratios.
