Awesome recipe I added a little fresh ginger, scallions & carrots. Also, marinated the chicken in soy sauce for about 15 minutes. This was one of the best stir fry dinners we had!

Delish! All concerned thought it came out like our local take out place, which is high praise indeed. Easy to follow ... we just used a regular pan since our sorta wok-like one was too small.
