So easy to make! And very delicious! I included some fresh, chopped Ginger, and added some broccoli to the recipe. I also topped it off with some green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Will definitely be making this again!

Yum! The zucchini shrunk a lot more than I expected when cooking, so would probably use 1.5 zucchinis for two people.
