  • cod (Unsalted, flaked)
  • parsley (chopped)
  • 4 sticks crab meat (immitation, chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • olive oil
  • Italian herb seasoning (Grinder)

Directions

  1. Pour the rinsed and well drained chickpeas into a bowl.
  2. Stir in the cod, red pepper, crab meat, garlic, and onion.
  3. Splash with olive oil and season with Italian herb seasoning to taste. Mix well.
  4. Sprinkle the salad with parsley and serve fresh.
