I followed this recipe very closely but I Had to use Monterey Jack vs pepper jack. The dish ended up being very sweet instead of spicy and surprisingly I felt it was a little bland. Husband said he liked it but if I ever make it again, I will definitely need to add more spices and maybe some peppers and spinach.
