Ingredients

  • 1/2 cauliflower (sliced)
  • pepper (Sliced chile de arbol, as desired)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • cotija cheese (Grated, as desired)
  • sea salt (as desired)

Directions

  1. Cook the cauliflower for 15 to 20 minutes using a steamer.
  2. Remove the cauliflower from the steamer and place it on a tray.
  3. Add the chile de arbol pepper and olive oil to the cauliflower, and mix.
  4. Serve on a plate with sprinkled cotija cheese on top.
