  • 4 ounces sugar
  • 2 tablespoons onions (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 14 pounds fresh leg of pork (boneless)
