  • 2 teaspoons gluten-free tamari (or gluten free Worcestershire Sauce for more umami Taste, use coconut aminos is whole30)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or agave, see notes if whole30. Adjust)
  • 2 tablespoons water (or oil to thin out dressing)
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup yellow onion (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons red bell peppers (diced)
  • 1 banana pepper (or small green, slices)
  • 1 bunch basil (or thai basil- chopped)
  • cucumber (slices for topping)
