- 1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 pound sausage (sage)
- 1 velveeta cheese (brick Mexican, mild)
- 1 can Hormel Chili (with or without beans)
- 4 ounces chunky salsa (hot, Frito-Lay or Chi Chi's works best)
- onions (Fresh or dehydrated, if desired)
- red pepper (to taste)
- Brown and drain meat.
- Mix meat and rest of ingredients in a crock pot or on the stove top and heat until uniformly melted and enjoy.
