Sooooo delicious! I chose the amos lager blond beer and it complemented perfectly the cilantro and cumin. I skipped the spicy pepper and used 2 zucchini.

Great but I changed the recipe by adding chicken and substituting chicken broth. Lovely flavour and perfect for a hot summer night.
Needed to add lots of salt and more spices. Added Field Roast vegan sausage too. Very good.
Wonderful! My guests at my afternoon pool party loved this chili!
