Chickpeas Salad with Octopus

  • chickpeas (Cooked)
  • carrot
  • french beans
  • chives
  • cooked octopus
  • crab
  • black olives
  • paprika
  • salt
  • extra-virgin olive oil


  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Finely dice carrot and beans.
  3. Blanch carrots and beans in boiling water for three minutes and then drain and plunge into ice water.
  4. To assemble the salad, mix cooked chickpeas, drained vegetables, finely chopped chives, octopus and crab.
  5. Season with salt and paprika to taste and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
