  • chickpeas (Cooked)
  • carrots
  • haricots verts
  • chives
  • cooked octopus
  • crab
  • black olives
  • paprika
  • salt
  • extra-virgin olive oil


  1. 1Bring water to a boil in a pot.
  2. 2Finely dice carrot and beans.
  3. 3Blanch carrots and beans in boiling water for three minutes and then drain and plunge into ice water.
  4. 4To assemble the salad, mix cooked chickpeas, drained vegetables, finely chopped chives, octopus and crab.
  5. 5Season with salt and paprika to taste and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
