  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives (sliced into lengthwise slivers)
  • 3/4 cup red onion (chopped, about half of a large red onion)

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil (chopped, or more)
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley (or more)

This is really delicious! I didn't have red wine vinegar but I used white wine instead and it was just fine. I also added crumbled feta cheese with cranberries and Dijon mustard for a little kick! I used black olives from the can too and that worked out great!!
