I loved this recipe! It was quick and easy to make and tastes great. I love hot/spicy food so I added more Dijon mustard and chilli powder to the recipe. I also found it great to after rolling the burger mix into balls, I froze them and could get one out whenever I felt like a spicy mix for my dinner. And I would cook them differently each time e.g. Broke them up and tossed in the frying pan with veggies or grilled on the oven grill as a burger.
