  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup chickpeas (canned, /garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained)
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 1 tomato (seeded and chopped)
  • 1/2 onion (small, minced)
  • 2 carrots (peeled into long strips)
  • 1 yellow pepper (cut into long strips)
