Delicious and satisfying stew
Brenda C. 26 Nov 2018
very delicious! I added a small diced green bell pepper, minced garlic (sauteed both with the diced onions), about a half of a teaspoon of cayenne, a teaspoon of Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning, and a can of chickpeas (along with the black beans). I also found that it helped cook the diced sweet potatoes to cover the pot once you add them in. My husband and I loved this stew! Thanks so much for the recipe!

Made this twice and we love it. First time I added some chorizo, and today added some dices jalapeños. Yum!

Great recipe. I used cilantro instead of parsley, served it on top of quinoa, and topped it with avocado. Will definitely make this again!

Great blend of flavors! I did not have the smoked paprika, but it was still a great meal!! We will definitely repeat this recipe.

This recipe is delicious. I've made it with a rotisserie chicken and plain poached chicken, both were great. The poached chicken soaked up all the other flavors of the stew. Quick and easy, this is now one of our regulars.

FANTASTIC! Wonderful taste and easy to make. I put extra chicken in as I like stews thick and chunky. Will definitely put this recipe in my favourites category! Delea B

My husband usually turns his nose up to anything with sweet potatoes. He liked this so much, that he asked to have it on a weekly basis!

Great! Hearty and healthy. I would recommend this to someone who's trying to stay fit and stay full!

This turned out so great! I would personally add a bit my spice to kick it up a notch, but this is definitely a recipe I will be sharing with the family!

I think the sweet potatoes should cook at bit longer but it was good. It was s different flavor than I'm used to
Anthony R. 25 Oct 2016
This was really good! No salt or pepper added, and I let it sit overnight for flavors to sink in! Followed the recipes other than that. Although I didn't prep my potatoes until the broth mixture was already boiling. Oops!

This was Amazing! Would definitely make it again. Everyone loved it. I Followed the recipe as is, no need to make any changes.
