  • 2 cooked chicken breasts (cubed, I use left over roasted chicken meat)
  • 8 ounces water chestnuts (sliced, diced, optional, John liked them but I didn't)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 10 3/4 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 10 3/4 ounces cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise

Great! Kids loved it. Quick, easy and kid approved. Doubled the recipe as we are a family of 6. Have plenty left over for leftovers. Great, easy recipe. Like the water chestnuts
