This is our favorite recipe. Not sure about the folks that reviewed it poorly the flavor is out of this world. We do use asparagus, which is actually stronger in flavor than green beans. I use white whine in place of sherry, and full fat sour cream, but otherwise follow it pretty faithfully. The wild rice and mushrooms give it an earthy anchor upon with the rest is built.
