    I wasn’t pleased with the recipe, not feeling the cream of chicken, way too salty and wasn’t kid friendly.... sigh

    This turned out pretty good. It wasn't my favorite, but the husband and kids ate it and liked it well enough. I used canned cream of chicken, but I'd be curious to use their homemade version or even some other white sauce, maybe some type of cheese sauce would be good. I did a heaping 2 cups of noodles, no where near 16oz. I used egg noodles. Probably did 8-10oz of broccoli and only one chicken breast. My ratios seemed perfect.

    The family really enjoyed it. I used two cans of the condensed chicken and a frozen bag of broccoli.

    Recipe was easy to follow. Debating on whether to add breadcrumbs to it or not. I think I’ll try it without breadcrumbs maybe maybe next time I’ll see. And it taste very good.

    The recipe calls for one chicken breast, would recommend perhaps adding a second. Other than that, it was very easy to make, and everyone loved it!

    I’m not gonna make my own cream of chicken soup, so I don’t know how big her recipe is. But using one store-bought can it was waaaaay too dry. I added another and probably close to tripled the cheese (which I mixed in to give it more creaminess too), and then it was alright. Could also reduce the pasta, it’s a huge casserole.
