Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Prick each potato a few times with a fork and wrap individually in aluminum foil.
- Place the potatoes directly on middle rack of oven and bake until fork-tender, 70-80 minutes. When done, remove potatoes from oven and allow to cool until they can be easily handled. While the potatoes cool, cook the bacon.

Flavorful, but a bit dry...overall good
Eat with sour cream or without. Tastes good. Good combinations of flavors and food.

Delicious!!!! This is the second time we have made this recipe. Biggest piece of advice, make sure you have a good two and a half hours set aside because it takes a long time.
