Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Prick each potato a few times with fork and wrap individually in aluminum foil.
- Place potatoes directly on middle rack of oven. Bake potatoes until fork-tender, 70-80 minutes. Remove potatoes from oven and allow them to cool until they can be easily handled. While potatoes cool, cook bacon.

Delicious!!!! This is the second time we have made this recipe. Biggest piece of advice, make sure you have a good two and a half hours set aside because it takes a long time.
