Not sure how this was supposed to taste but mine had a strong taste of the chicken broth. I wanted a little heat so I did replace the tomatoes with peppers (don't like tomatoes anyway) and added Cajun seasoning because the sauce was just lacking something.

Absolutely delicious! Will definitely be making again!

it was very good. I needed more time simmering for the sauce to set up

Really yummy! We didn't put the chicken in the oven in between because it reheated in the pan and once you put the sauce over it (and the reheat wasn't needed, as the time between finishing the chicken and finishing the sauce was very small). I used moscato as the wine, which I think made ours really sweet -- wouldn't recommend, will definitely be using something dryer next time -- but we served it over pasta and it was delicious! Will be making again, but be aware that it does take a lot of work and multitasking!

it was delicious ,definitely will do it again

This was so flavorful and delicious. I have made it at least 4 times it’s so good. Restaurant quality. Shrimp is a great substitute for the chicken or both. It takes longer to prepare than stated but so worth it. I serve over egg noodles or penne pasta.

I was a little worried when the chicken turned out gummy out of the oven but it blended into the sauce well and thickened it up. Very tasty!

This was very easy and very good. I didn’t have basil and think the basil would have added a nice freshness. Also, I used penne pasta and added to the sauce before serving. Again, very good and it made a lot!

This recipe was delicious! Everyone loved it. I didn't want all the fat from the whipping cream so I used 1% milk instead. You have to simmer it on low and whisk it alot but it was worth it. I also added flour to thicken the sauce. It worked out perfect. I served it with penne pasta. I also used a rotisserie chicken.
