Really good, I really like the sauce ... might try making double the sauce next time

Really great! Lots of flavor. My chicken was pretty dry though I’m not sure if that’s my own fault though... but the rosemary butter sauce was great I coupled this meal with baked potato and string beans!

It came out so nice!! I’m an awful cook but considering even I could cook this, it really shows something, will definitely make it again

It was good. I used white wine as well as chicken broth, seasoned the chicken with sage and tarragon, and added spinach to the sauce at the end. Still felt like it could've used some garlic or more spices though.

It came out amazing...whole family loved it...made double sauce and it would not thicken too much but it did not hurt it at all. Will be making again.

I made the mistake of salting the chicken when I browned it and the dish came out way too salty. definitely don’t season your chicken. Other than that the dish came out great and was super tasty.

Yummy! Following the recipe will get you some burnt char on your pan, so you’ll want to scrape that off entirely before adding the chicken stock and starting the cream sauce. I added an extra 4 tbsp of butter to cook the chicken in order to prevent charring as well as lemon to add acidity and cut the cream base

Overall it was very easy and tasted amazing! The chicken did take a long longer to cook (30-40 minutes for me) but other than that it was extremely easy to make and a house favorite!

The sauce is really good. I ended up over cooking the chicken a little bit when I put it back in the sauce. I'll plan for that next time.

Amazing! Though my cast iron pan made the sauce browner than in the picture, my boyfriend absolutely loved it though

Very good. I will use more fresh, chopped rosemary next time. Also sprinkled breasts with Parisienne Bonnes Herbes. For the sauce, I used 2/3 c homemade chicken broth and 2/3 c whipping cream—the 2 breasts were huge. Sliced them laterally. Plenty to feed 4 people. Roasted Yukon gold potatoes in the oven (40 min at 400 degrees), adding onions and garlic on top the last 15-20 min. I cannot have sodium, so having the onions to mix even with the chicken gave added flavor.

Pretty good tasting I didn’t have any rosemary so I subbed in Italian seasoning and it was pretty good I did double the sauce because I didn’t feel there was enough.
Hi, Joelle! 13 days ago
Would make this again! Be careful not to burn the sauce like I almost did!
