    It was delicious! We loved it, we decided to cube the chicken and separately season it. We threw the chicken ontop of rice then had the sauce over it. We will definitely make it again.

    It turned out fantastically. The Dijon wasn’t overpowering, as I can be at times. The sauce went well also with some herbed riced cauliflower and steamed asparagus. It was a hit with the family as well!

    Very good. I cut the chicken into pieces before I cooked them just to make it easier and it turned out great. I also doubled the sauce and put the cooked chicken pieces back in before serving. My whole family enjoyed it.
