Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breasts (cooked, boneless, skinless)
  • 2 mango (–3 manila, or 1 regular mango)
  • 1 jalapeno chilies
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 pepper (chile de arbol)

Directions

  1. 1Roast the jalapeno, garlic, and chile de arbol pepper in a frying pan.
  2. 2Once the peppers and garlic are toasted on the outside, place them into a food processor and blend them together (you may also add salt and pepper if you like).
  3. 3Peel the mango and cut it into strips, place the mangoes into the food processor along with the peppers and blend them together.
  4. 4Pour this sauce over the chicken breast and serve.
