Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast halves (skinless and deboned)
  • 2 lime
  • 1 jalapeno chilies (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar
  • cumin
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • cooking oil (spray)
  • 4 tortillas
  • tomato sauce (Mexican)

Directions

  1. 1Marinate the chicken breasts in a mixture of the lime, jalapeno, olive oil, vinegar, a pinch of cumin, and salt and pepper to taste for at least an hour, preferably 4 hours.
  2. 2Cut the chicken into thin strips.
  3. 3Spray a hot skillet with cooking oil, add the chicken, and cook until golden brown and cooked inside.
  4. 4Warm the tortillas and stuff with the chicken. Serve with sauce.
