Perfectly crispy chicken skin atop tender meat smothered in a very light weight and zesty sauce, with rosemary and lemon juice. Each serving contains less than 200 calories and 14g of protein. Once all of the ingredients are mixed and the chicken is prepared, stick the baking pan in the oven and walk away. Simple to bake and even easier to eat. Combine with a starch, such as pasta or rice for a fuller meal.

This chicken recipe has me telling everyone about it. The rosemary provides a unique and interesting taste to the tenderized and juicy chicken that seems to be covered in the best of seasonings.
