- 1 chicken
- 400 grams button mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- champagne (40 cl.)
- heavy cream (20 cl.)
- Cut the chicken.
- Clean the mushrooms and cut them into 4.
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil and add the chicken pieces. Season with salt and pepper. When the chicken has browned, add the mushrooms. Brown them and then add the champagne. Simmer for at least 45 minutes.
- Stir in the cream before serving. Serve hot.
