  • 1 1/2 tsp. ginger paste

  • 1/2 tsp. fenugreek seeds (/methi)
  • 3/4 Tbsp. chopped garlic (finely)
  • 3/4 Tbsp. ginger (julienned, divide in half)
  • 1 cup onion (sliced in thin half moons)
  • 2 green chilli pepper (fresh, slit)
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 235 mL heavy whipping cream (/double cream)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 30 fresh ground black pepper (turns of, adjust amount to taste and how much heat you can take)
  • salt (to taste)
  • fresh coriander (/cilantro for garnish, optional)
