Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup hellmann's or best foods real mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup mango chutney (chopped (optional))
  • 1 pound cooked chicken (diced)
  • 1 gala apple (large, chopped)
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery (finely)
  • 2 tablespoons red onion (finely chopped)
  • 10 cups lettuce (spring salad mix)

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise with mango chutney. Stir in remaining ingredients except spring mix. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper and serve on spring mix.
