Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup hellmann's or best foods real mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together except olive oil and form into 1.5 ounce balls on wax paper.
  3. In a large oven safe sauté pan add oil and heat to medium heat. Add meatballs carefully 1 at a time. Then place in oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with additional shredded cheese on top.

A little too much poultry seasoning as said before. But other than that very delicious and easy to make!
Waaaay too much poultry seasoning. I’d say a tablespoon. I added some fresh parsley and red pepper flakes. I’d try again with less poultry seasoning.
