YUM. My husband and I loved this dish. I found it simple to make and flavorful, also not a lot of ingredients to buy which is always appreciated. I rarely make creamy dishes but I'll definitely make this again. I only used half an onion and would consider shallots next time as a matter of preference. I also added flat leaf parsley into the cream sauce, not just add a garnish. It worked well.

The dish I made was great It took me a lot longer to prep than 30 minutes and longer to cook than 20 minutes so whoever estimated this time is a whiz. I however am a grandmother who has cooked for 60 years
