  • 500 grams chicken (any part you like, chopped into smallpieces)
  • 200 grams mushrooms
  • 3 chili pepper (chopped, if you dont like spicy food, replace with pepper)
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oil

    Directions

    1. Turn on high heat, heat oil in a saucepan, add garlic and fry till golden
    2. Add chicken and fry until they turn golden
    3. Add mushroom, onion, oyster sauce, sugar and fry for a couple minutes
    4. then add water and chili pepper, wait till boiled, add corn flour, fry for another minute
    5. Serve with rice
