This Recipe offers a savory meal which can be ready in just 20 minutes. The chicken is very tender, and when blended together the vegetables and mushrooms make a smooth sauce.

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1 garlic clove (diced)
  • 250 grams mushrooms (sliced)
  • chicken stock

Directions

  1. Brown the chicken in a skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, saute together the onion, garlic, and mushrooms on low heat.
  3. Once the vegetables are cooked, reintroduce the chicken and pour a glass of chicken/vegetable stock over everything.
  4. Simmer 15 minutes.
  5. If you like, at the end you can remove the chicken and blend the vegetable/mushroom sauce together to make it smooth.

instructions were not very clear. the end result was creamy like the picture i had to add flour, which wasnt in tbe recepie. amd there was no seasoning? how can you not season your food?! giving one star mainly because of tbe bad instructions

I doubled this recipe and was so glad I did. I used breasts instead of thigh meat out of personal preference. I had a large dinner party and served this. The serving platter was empty and the reviews were all a perfect 10. This recipe is delicious, and I loved having something different to serve my guests.
