Delicious. I used lots of minced garlic, and dried thyme and oregano (didn't have fresh), and used white wine instead of sherry/red wine. Easy and delicious! And yes use a lot of garlic!

The instructions were a tiny bit confusing at one point. I had to let the chicken simmer for longer than 20 minutes for it to be cooked thoroughly. However, it tasted delicious! Very tender. Will make again.
