This is a “do again” recipe. I cooked the chicken thighs (deboned) in the frying pan, set aside, cooked the garlic, onions, & mushrooms, added the white wine, reduced a little, added the cream and thighs and let the flavors simmer. Turned out great! Grandpa Bob

My husband loved it, but I didn't. I probably would have seasoned it more and I expected more flavor from the sauce. It probably would have thickens up with a little flour. It was missing something.

Good flavor! Easy to follow directions. The family enjoyed the meal overall. I would make it again for dinner.
