  • 2 cups buttermilk (I made my own by adding 4 tablespoons of white vinegar to 2 cups of milk. Let sit for 5 minutes then prepare recipe as follows)

  • 4 tablespoons creole seasoning (Tony Charchere’s Original)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
