  • 12 ounces jumbo pasta shells (uncooked, if all of yours survive the boil this is enough, to be safe you may want 1 1/2 boxes)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (chopped)
  • 2 cups spinach (fresh chopped)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 16 ounces cream cheese (softened, I think you could get away with one package)
  • 5 ounces shredded parmesan cheese (about 1 2/3 cups)
  • 1 large egg (lightly beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes (dried)
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 26 ounces spaghetti sauce (prepared, this was just enough. If you like it saucier use more)
