Ingredients

  • 220 grams flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 350 milliliters milk
  • butter
  • 1 leek
  • 1 chicken breast (finely chopped)
  • 200 grams shrimp (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly.
  2. Pour about 2 tablespoons of the batter onto a lightly oiled frying pan. Turn over using a knife.
  3. Cook the leek for a few minutes.
  4. Add the chicken and shrimp.
  5. Continue to cook and add a teaspoon of flour for a creamy texture.
  6. Slowly pour the milk in and stir.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Fill the crepes and serve.

The crepes are kind of like a tortilla in this recipe. I think I will just use tortillas the next time, and this will make it easier on myself. The flavors are awesome, and I love chicken and shellfish mixed together. The flour and other ingredients make a sauce that goes over the mixture. It’s just mouthwatering goodness, and I had seconds and even thirds.
