Description

When mixed together the tender chicken, and shrimp create a great flavor. The salt and pepper, add a spicy flavor, while the butter and milk create a creamy texture. Made in under 30 minutes this dish is perfect for a dinner party.

Ingredients

220 grams flour
2 eggs
350 milliliters milk
butter
1 leeks
1 chicken breasts (finely chopped)
200 grams shrimp (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon flour
1/2 cup milk
salt
pepper

Directions

1Place all the ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly.
2Pour about 2 tablespoons of the batter onto a lightly oiled frying pan. Turn over using a knife.
3Cook the leek for a few minutes.
4Add the chicken and shrimp.
5Continue to cook and add a teaspoon of flour for a creamy texture.
6Slowly pour the milk in and stir.
7Season with salt and pepper.
8Fill the crepes and serve.
