Excellent. I’ve made it exactly as directed and I’ve adapted the recipe for my sister who is allergic to milk and whey. Used all organic and it was delicious

We thoroughly enjoyed this! I did not have any sherry but had white wine remaining from an earlier recipe. I actually used about a cup and cut the chicken broth to about 3/4 cup. I also did not cook it down to the extent directed. When I removed the foil after baking, it could have been alittle more moist but it was not dry. I'll definitely prepare this again.
